Needed: Coastal resorts and Casino city in Baluchistan

That would be Cheap way of Attracting Foreign Tourists in Pakistan and nothing else. Pakistan in general and Baluchistan Specifically needs another Economic Zone because current Pakistan's Economic Zones arent enough for economic Growth so instead of focusing on Casinos develop Industry there because for both this Region needs Security as first priority after that it would be much feasible to have Manufacturing there due to having close Proximity to Arab World where demands of Commodities and Returns are High.

Also need to build Las Vegas style casino city. Everyone knows South Asians love to gamble and this would be a huge revenue generator. Also it will civilize baloch.
:woot: You're joking. right? A Las Vegas type city will cost you near half a trillion dollars to construct! Show me the money and where it's gonna come from! And with an energy crisis staring you in the face, which is not likely to improve till the end of the next decade, from where are you going to get the electricity from to light up the city? The amount of energy consumed by Las Vegas alone is more than what is consumed by entire Pakistan!

Wake up from your dream state and smell the coffee.

India and Pakistan both are facing severe energy crisis. They spend all their resources on defence. Right now India is biggest buyer of weapons in the world. These countries need to settle down their issus, then they could build lots of Las Vegas cities in their countries.

An emerging and empathic scenario for developing Baluchistan and Sindh's coastlines as resorts already exist: The Gorakh Hill Project. Barely some months ago there were these similar concerns about 'security', about 'electricity'... And now that place, even in the winter, is a thriving place attracting hundreds and growing every month.

Pakistani domestic tourism, at least for southern Pakistanis--has a huge pent up demand for outdoor places to go. Restaurants, Karachi beaches, and the 'Farm Houses' are simply not enough. Places like Gorakh Hill Station are already proving to be great investment potential.

There is a demand. A huge one.

Would be a prime target for terrorists. Solve the terrorism issue first. Plus the pakistani masses wont accept such a place anyways
