Yes they do I totally agree but under the condition that I am providing of converted shia you will not be deported if you are able to prove that there is threat to your life. that is one condition that works best. It is a way to exploit the Law all I am saying. Ask any attorney in USA related with immigration this always works.

No he wont do jack, it is the embassy or consulate officials who will access your application and documents and it depends on them whether they should issue you or not, if you have a strong financial background chances are you will get.

People ask me same question about Canadian immigration, you are asking wrong crowd. People who live in the US have zero knowledge of their immigration laws. Immigration laws are always changing, if i tell people about Canadian immigration laws they will laugh at me because its totally different form when i migrated.

You don't need rich background to get your immigration in your case you will get it. It will take time. Even people with rich background and every thing fine get their visa rejected. but you have strong case. remember Immigration will only come after 2 years of marriage, you will get visa before.

Relax bro, i am not converting to anything or anyone
In fact i don't believe in Shia Sunni divide .. and my wife is a Non-Muslim and our families accepted our marriage . changing identity to get a American Green Card or Passport is definitely a NO from me .. I rather stay in Pakistan

Its fine , just follow the legal procedures, check out usa state department site for immigration laws, since you need to apply for the visa you will have to go to the embassy they will inform you of procedures, also in pakistan nowadays i think one needs to have an agent to get your documents to the embassy there is some new rule but i am not sure of it. Just visit the embassy and check usa gov sites that provide info on immigration procedures.

Please bear in mind just one thing bro, just follow the legit route of law, LEGAL route dont even look towards shortcuts and you will do fine. Also i think as you are married your wife can sponsor your visa but definitely you will have to go through embassy procedures.

Those who take risks of shortcuts , if they get busted then they could get blacklisted for life and will be blocked entry into usa.

In my view speak to some visa agents or contact embassy.

Bhai issue is not conversion , u assumed wrong stuff. It was about using a wrong route, i have shia relative so thats not the problem, also if you will fake that you face danger form your family due to shia conversion what image it will build of pakistanis? Then people say pakisatnis extremists hain

Even with a spouse sponsoring the application, there are certain requirements that must be met. There is not a given outcome.
