if so get inside USA and apply for immigration on basis of being a shia. USA is providing immigration to converted Shias that is the most effective way to get immigration under that you will get immigration easily. I don't want to explain the reasons but that will work plus keep some money for a good attorney to forward your case any thing between 3k to 5k usd.

Entering USA under false pretenses as a visitor will get such an application rejected.

I said to enter USA with B1/B2 not false pretenses. You can convert to shia any time and your family can become threat to you and you will be given immigration. That was what i was suggesting.

well good luck between how long in marrage? if 2 years have passed you will get quick visa if not it will take 1 year minimum.

B1/B2 is for 5 years and that is enough time to roam USA with 6 months stay period. make 2 to 3 trips normal and then apply.

you will get it in 5 to 7 months in your case just pray trump don't **** spouse visa in between. You will get visa first then green card after 2 years and then immigration.

I hope so , but legally even a President cant Stop a American citizen to bring his/her husband or children into their country right ? @Syed.Ali.Haider can a president do that ?

If Trump does that it will be through presidential veto and will only remain effective till his tenure. But congress will not pass that bill as whole America is full of immigrants.

He cant veto a Basic american right .. how can a President block a Born Citizen of US to not bring his/her legal wife/husband or Biological Children into their country .. ? Trump can mostly add Pakistan into his Muslim ban country list but even than he cant stop or deny Basic rights to American citizen ( my wife ) .. there must be a legal way to it .

I am not worrying , its just some laws are complicated to understand .. i don't want to miss any clause or avoid any law ... so i just want to make sure i fulfill all legal parameters before i start my process , cause this whole thing require a lot of focus and dollars .. and thanks to recent F'd up Dollar spike to 110 PKR

No he wont do jack, it is the embassy or consulate officials who will access your application and documents and it depends on them whether they should issue you or not, if you have a strong financial background chances are you will get.

Yes they do I totally agree but under the condition that I am providing of converted shia you will not be deported if you are able to prove that there is threat to your life. that is one condition that works best. It is a way to exploit the Law all I am saying. Ask any attorney in USA related with immigration this always works.
