What's new

Nawaz’s body language betrayed his illness

Did thy validate it or the courts?
The government did. What part of this simple sentence don't you not get? Government of Pakistan validated those medical reports.
Ask NS or is that above your paycheck?
I can legally only ask the government about where public money is being used.
When you keep sheep dumb...not even having a hospital that can diagnose him nor doctors qualified enough to treat him...kind of shows less of a leader and more of a fraudster....
Twisted laws
Stupid education system
Non existing infrastructure

And you wanna boast about 3x PM? kind of reflects his curse

Why did the government let him go then? Why only cases which technically are done and dusted being highlighted and not the corruption under the most recent term of Mr. Sharif's premiership?

Why? NS don't let you question him?

Because questioning the government is my right and questioning a private citizen is not my right?

I have no contact with him. However you can ask government officials who are in regular contact with him.

You are the one who should ask since you are the one with questions :enjoy:

I just want a front row seat when he is burning in hell

Please provide evidence.

There were 14 doctors who produced and validated the medical reports and the summary was at the PM office for days in advance.

If the government wanted him to stay in Pakistan, they had all the legal tools at hand which is what even the CJP cited after the honorable PM made shameful remarks regarding the decision.
Here is the latest threat made against someone daring to be critical of the judicial process in Pakistan. This "contempt" charge is a great stick to beat folks with I guess.

"Last month, the court had issued Awan a show-cause noticewhich noted that while holding a press conference, she had "criticised the judiciary" and had stated that bail granting order to Nawaz Sharif would "open a floodgate of similar requests by prisoners suffering from various diseases"."

Khan is similarly kept in constant checkmate by these judges and their overreaching "contempt of court" threats.

I don't see any reason to regard the medical "opinions" being proffered in the first place and later "verified" by doctors who are either well paid by involved parties (I.e. have an undeclared conflict of interest) or threatened into position as genuine.

You mentioned 14 doctors who verified the report. I would like to know how many doctors refused to give their opinion on those reports. I would guess quite a few would refuse to call Sharif's condition (a) life threatening AND (b) requiring treatment abroad, for any amount of money.

I do not see any harm in issuing these contempt of court notices. It is their right to do so.

As far as questions pertaining to the medical reports, i am sure the government who for the past year delivered daily pressers on dietary habits of former PM, can help you more in this.

The secrecy of it all renders any discussion on this as rhetorical unless government comes out with a detailed briefing. Specially when the PM himself goes on the record of being kept in the dark of the matter.

And how is it NRO? Will they be allowed to come back to rule?

If not it is not NRO...It is a plea bargain allowed by your lovely courts. And part of the law that the same courts refuse to get rid off

Nope. His chosename doctor produced it and his family and followers cried a river...

The govt doctors (couldn't diagnose it) only repeated what his doctor said after claiming they don't know what is killing him...many even said it is treatable in Pakistan
Truth bomb.

It is certainly very fair to say that IK's govt has shown its amateurish side in this whole episode - u-turns, contradiction, tripping each other up and cock-ups galore, seemingly being forced to go back on its own supposed principled stance at least partly due to incompetence but also due to being outmanoeuvred by more malevolent forces.

Still, one party in this dispute is criticised for incompetence, while the other party is criticised for malevolence in its intent towards Pakistan. That's all that I would say on the matter in terms of my opinion.

It is a deadlock that needs to be broken if progress is to be ensured.
