What's new

Nawaz’s body language betrayed his illness

How can a corrupt resolve another? Esp even I scratch your back you scratch mine favours are a norm?

This argument stops at the courts otherwise you will have every mob running around with their own not corrupt judges who are only interpreting written laws by the parliament.

I am sorry but this was one of the arguments used by insurgents in Swat valley when they established their own militant courts.

Entitled? When the institution is questionable how can it be entitled?

And NS doctor and family are the ones crying rivers claiming NS is on death bed and IK isn't doing him justice by leaving him to spend his punishment in jail

They were entitled to make a decision based on medical reports produced by the government. Two days after Mr. Sharif's departure the Prime Minister claimed to have received falsified medical reports.

Sometime sooner or later you people will direct your questions to the right audience.

And the courts still didn't improve? Time for retrospective approach

Improvement of courts is directly proportional to the laws introduced.

Please aim your frustrations correctly.

Thanks

It takes time to authenticate and the courts didn't wait? They accepted a note written on plain paper no oath no stamp paper which whole of Pakistani citizens have to give for every other processes but these people are above law or law adjusts for them? What did the judge base his decision on?

Dying NS?

Not frustrated but you can ask the common man who courts deal with them and how any common criminal wouldn't be allowed out of the country no matter how much closer to death he may be

The government made medical reports left the courts with no choice.

If the courts can trust the government in producing transparent reports, why cannot the government return the favor?

A common man is not helped with medical reports from the government in a manner political mafias are helped by the government.

And why did the courts deem it unnecessary to get the dying man to guarantee his return as the government wanted?

So we have problems in institution which haven't been revolved favours called in and corrupt man dying in Pakistan is seen shopping with our looted stash?

NS was free to choose his own doctor and clinic...so the reports was based on his choose doctors....

Has the government brought Mr. Ishaq Dar back?

The government was given a fair chance to use all legal tools at disposal to stop Mr. Sharif leaving the country. The government decided against it.

Instead of targeting the courts, you can use the PM portal to ask why Mr. Sharif was let go under proper protocol of a former PM.

Do not go against the courts, you will lose. Every time and any time.

We did try. Why is he hiding? Wasn't he innocent? If he is.. shariff's courts and judges would have set him free...

Isn't he Shariff's trusted right hand? The one so clean it can't stand trial in Pakistan even in front of judges in NS's pockets?

I would not read too much into what he is doing in England. He is a free man for further 3 weeks, he can shop for clothes or stem cells freely.

To compensate for this political settlement, Government is now introducing NRO for all 65+ offenders. Is this justice enough for you?

Nope. Government chosen doctors produced the report.

Did the government decide against it or did the courts block the government's stand?

The whole nation has lost against the courts. The downfall of a nation ours when the courts fail to deliver justice

He could by a martian for all it matters.

What matters is what are the government measures to bring these people back from England?

Stop blaming the judges, you do not understand the gravity of your accusations in your anger.

Courts do not deliver justice. Progressive proper laws deliver justice.

I thought he was dying by the minute. That is exactly what his team claimed...that he needs to go to UK coz he has VERY LITTLE TIME. Where did he find time to go luxury shopping from?

Why don't you pose these questions to the government medical doctors who were treating him in prison?

And how is it NRO? Will they be allowed to come back to rule?

If not it is not NRO...It is a plea bargain allowed by your lovely courts. And part of the law that the same courts refuse to get rid off

Nope. Government chosen doctors produced the report.
Nope. His chosename doctor produced it and his family and followers cried a river...

The govt doctors (couldn't diagnose it) only repeated what his doctor said after claiming they don't know what is killing him...many even said it is treatable in Pakistan

Not really. The 65+ NRO scheme is being introduced by this government and not the courts.

Plea Bargain law remains controversial. I personally oppose it but it is for the authorities to formulate laws.
