Parchi Minister.
He can't speak a word of English without his parchian, and this guy is representing us in the UN!
As for the monsoon flooding, he should have atleast made a proper drainage and flood prevention/reduction system in Punjab, he was in power there during the previous term too.
Still, good that he talked some sense, it wasn't bad.

.
:pakistan:And see i was told he goes there to only raise Kashmir issue.

Now i know he also talked about global warming and stuff.

.

Now he can come back to Pakistan and sort out things , as he said he like dialog

I have to applaud the camera men he showed only the populated area of the UN Seats must have been quite difficult but he came thru with flying colors

At least I could understand what he was saying the other guy's speech I could not even understand a word

.
it seems he was allowed to deliver his speech during recess!

.
The important point is to give speech in UN , its about that moment and he has done it now he can go out on a high

OK, point made by lunatics, but which part of English is bad in his speech. Lets see, its THE PROTOCOL of such forums that speeches of global leaders must be written and must not be extempore. And having seen the Union Jack as your one of your profile pictures, lets recall certain Brit leaders from the recent past; how about John Major, the guy's ultimate dream was to become a London Bus conductor but he failed the conductor exam! Hmmmmm how about Cromwell, the godfather of Magna Carta. Since the inception of Pakistan, Pakistan always had significantly educated and feudal state leaders, but what have they achieved. Liaqat Ali Khan conspired against Jinnah; Punjabi feudals loathed second premier Khawaja Nazimuddin and installed the man exclusively responsible for henceforth constitutional chaos but very educated, Ghulam Muhammad. Well, lets see the recent past; senior Bhutto, and daughter Bhutto were very educated but what did they do to this country: one conspired to lose half the country simply to satisfy his lust for power; and daughter Bhutto outstretched the bonds of corruption beyond astronomical bounds. I am not a fan of Nawaz Sharif either, but if you are banking your hopes on Imran Khan then just because he happens to be the son in law of late Sir Goldsmith he is not going to deliver any good to Pakistan. So if Modi addresses UN Assembly in a very Sanskritized Hindi, it is considered a matter of patriotism and makes every Indian proud, but if a Pakistani premier cannot speak English like a Mancunian brown Brit or a brown Londoner or Imran Khan's less-than-18 Azadi Marchers find it a major factor to prove Nawaz Sharif incapable of ruling than to me its their lack of commitment with Pakistan instead of Nawaz Sharif's incapability. Therefore, I propose to prophets of hate in Pakistan that drop the blinding scale from your eyes and act like a Pakistani. Don't make politicians tantamount to Pakistan, rather make Pakistan superior to all those minoes! GODSPEED PAKISTAN

There was no need to write a wall of text to answer a couple of lines post. And don't call me a 'lunatic'just because my political views differ from yours. Also paragraphing, it exists for a reason.
As for the Union Jack as one of my profile flags (it's not a profile picture, its a location flag), I came to the UK very recently and have not really been following their politics much.

but if you are banking your hopes on Imran Khan then just because he happens to be the son in law of late Sir Goldsmith he is not going to deliver any good to Pakistan
"Just because he happens to be the son in law of late Sir Goldsmith"
Do you realise that majority of people don't give half a damn about his relations with Sir Goldsmith? I am supporting Imran Khan because
a) He is very, very educated compared to most other politicians.
b) He prioritizes Education over metro busses
c) He isn't corrupt
d) His ideology is very rational and modern compared to the others
e) He has done a lot for Pakistan, even without being a ruler (e.g: Shaukat Khanum, World Cup)
f) He hasn't had a chance as a ruler before

Notice how there isn't any Sir Goldsmith there? Most people in Pakistan don't even know who Sir Goldsmith was.

Well, lets see the recent past; senior Bhutto, and daughter Bhutto were very educated but what did they do to this country: one conspired to lose half the country simply to satisfy his lust for power; and daughter Bhutto outstretched the bonds of corruption beyond astronomical bounds.
So are you saying we should have uneducated leaders because certain educated leaders failed? What exactly are you trying to say here?

So if Modi addresses UN Assembly in a very Sanskritized Hindi, it is considered a matter of patriotism and makes every Indian proud, but if a Pakistani premier cannot speak English like a Mancunian brown Brit or a brown Londoner or Imran Khan's less-than-18 Azadi Marchers find it a major factor to prove Nawaz Sharif incapable of ruling than to me its their lack of commitment with Pakistan instead of Nawaz Sharif's incapability.
I would have preferred if Nawaz Sharif spoke in his own language (Urdu) like Modi instead of struggling with English like that.

Don't make politicians tantamount to Pakistan, rather make Pakistan superior to all those minoes! GODSPEED PAKISTAN
Imran Khan IS making Pakistan superior to all those things. Did you ever watch one of his Jalsas or listen to his speeches? He always talks about every Pakistani, his supporters are all Pakistanis without any race/ethnic divisions and he
a) Doesn't target any specific group of Pakistan (like MQM does with Muhajirs)
b) Doesn't dwell on the past (Like PPP feeding its people Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto's name)
c) Talks about each and every province.
d) Does not divide Pakistan based on anything. His politics have been the most uniting Pakistan has seen recently.

People regardless of province, city or ethnicity, support him BECAUSE OF HIS COMMITMENT to the country. Every PTI supporter I have talked to supports Imran Khan because they think he is good for the country and not because the love him or because he has relations to Sir Goldsmith.

and by the way, didn't you read my last line? I also said:
Still, good that he talked some sense, it wasn't bad.
I guess you were so busy exploding with self-righteousness while writing your essay that you ignored this part.

I'd rather have Imran Khan in power than people like Zardari, Nawaz, Altaf or Fazlul Rehman.
I'm sorry If I missed any major point from your wall of text, but honestly reading it was a pain. Consider paragraphing the next time.

What's important about that? He was always going to give a speech as were all heads of state/government that are in NYC right now. Nothing special about that. What surprised me is a) the lack of attendance (I thought there would be a higher turnout than that for a Pakistani PM) and b) whilst in NYC he (or his team) failed to take advantage of the occasion and have bi-lateral meetings with other heads of state also in town he had 1 or 2 with some minor nations? He came on the 26th and was gone on the 27th, he might as well not have bothered....
