By the way the SCP had all the power to report it to all of the above with serious instructions that they will keep oversight over it. Why they didn't do it!!

The learned Advocate General states that the Government of Sindh is going to look into this matter. It has also been brought to notice of this Court that free Rashan worth Rs. 8.0 billion has been distributed in Sindh by the Government of Sindh. We are not sure how far this is true but note that there is no documentation of purchase of Rashan and its distribution made available to this Court by the Government of Sindh.

But strangely, there is no mention of it in their judgement.

I have posted para 8 of the judgement above, which clearly shows that Sind Government has failed miserably to produce any evidence of how Rs 8 bn ration had been purchased and distributed.

Why the Judges of the highest court in the Land are playing games with people of Paksitan!!
What was the point of this notice by SCP, if the judges cannot punish those who have clearly
embezzled the budget allocated for the ration. Otherwise, what was stopping them to produce the receipt of purchase of the ration!!

And how come the matter of sanctity of lives of Pakistani people was no concern for its highest court! They even failed to mention that in their judgement.
