This survey is hilarious, ranks Sharif brothers as top two but then ranks public service institutes, that work under these two brothers, poorly in performance. Take the performance of police, bureaucracy, civil services etc.

So in simple words, the survey says "You are good but your actions are down right pathetic".

But McDonald's provides them with plenty of education to operate the store. Every franchise does that. There are very serious city, county, and state level inspections and compliance requirements that each store has to meet and follow, and then there are franchiser's own inspections to ensure quality control. Remember, if 10 people got sick from their food across a wider region and the news hit the media, and the fact that their food wasn't handled properly, their name would start to disappear.....

EDUCATION.....do we see anything at all?
HEALTH... A kid got a rock hit on his head and not a doctor in sight in the hospital to attend to him.

How do you build sewerage? You put pipes in the air, above ground and they carry all the crap in them??? ?? ....... You have to cut up the ROADS to put the sewer pipes in. And its not that easy, so you actually have to REDO the base, put new or bigger sewer pipes in, then put certain areas for maintenance around those pipes and then build a road on them with advance materials so if the sewer started to leak, it won't break the road in two months. Something that used to happen in Pakistan everywhere because third class material used to be used and no specifications existed. Anyone or everyone was a contractor. Now you have a few very specialized engineering companies doing the work and it will ONLY get better.

Like I said, debating with you on these issues is like debating with a high school child who is too high on his youthful hormones then actual knowledge. A child that MUST talk back, versus thinking, "gee, I have NO understanding of a very highly engineering related topic, people go to school for these things for 8 years and study their rears off, may be I shouldn't comment and read others comments to become a starter on the topic".
