It will not be the first time in Pakistan's history that such a thing would have happened. If this present soft coup succeeds, Pakistan will be looking at very unsettled times ahead.

Yeah, anything that does not agree with your personal views must be paid propaganda. Of course.

Let us see if Geo is able to file a court case against its continued illegal suspension. That will at least provide some tangible evidence, just like the evidence presented in the Missing Persons Case before the Supreme Court. Of course, the "angels" will still commit Contempt of Court with impunity, but at least another step in the formal process would have been taken.

Journalists in Pakistan have been intimidated, beaten up and even killed in Pakistan, all by "persons unknown". Of course it just so happens that most of them are only those who dare speak up with certain unapproved views, but that does not mean anything at all, right?

In the long run, such an environment of fear and censorship works to undermine Pakistan itself, but that is okay, as long as those in control have what they want.
