In context after the coup or the interference. That usually backfire. Nawaz Sharif has been in power for the three times for reason. PMLN is popular once again for the upcoming election.

Not holding anything against them but law is equal for all. Once upon a time Benazir was attending courts in 2 cities on daily basis whilst visiting the husband in jail, so PMLN stooges shouldn't complain if similar happens to Shariff family.
Benazir's gov was disqualified too, with Nawaz part of that plan. Why complain now! What goes around comes around.

Because of those things put Nawaz Sharif on the favorite spotlight. I bet Nawaz Sharif wanted military takeover in 2014 to use as excuse for another election.

What? Three times in power including looking favorite for upcoming election as well is being clobbered? The main establishment is working 24 hours clock to ensure that PMLN doesn't win the next election given the recent election that just put PMLN on map recently.
Three times in power due to coup or military takeover didn't kill him, rather handed him powers over Pakistan. Even to the point when he was sentenced hanged to death, yet he got away.
He always got full-house votes because coup made him popular. Even the recent selective accountability just put PMLN on map unfortunately which is too popular to ignore once again in the upcoming election. People just refuse to learn from the history unfortunately.
Imran Khan needs main establishment's help to win [rig] election in order to beat PMLN.
