Why was one of the best Pak pilot serving in Qatar Airforce? Don't we need them more here at home?

He was there as an instructor attached to Qatar Airforce Academy.
That’s how they become better - exposure to diff Systems, tactics and teaching. They become better teachers. Doesn’t mean they cannot fly back to join a fight when needed.

The guy on the left is ex-PAF and was serving Qatar AF back then. Normally ex-PAF pilots get hired as IPs on civilian contracts.
On deputation. And it is valuable in building and enhancing foreign relations.

Asalam O Alaikum. Please accept my inadequate condolences, it is not easy for even the toughest of us to lose a Loved one however we must remember fate at all times. Inshallah our shaheed sherafgan is flying his Viper much closer to the gaze of his creator and many youngins will follow his legacy for generations to come!
