Nato Vs Pakistan : Role of China and India?

First of all you being typical indians didnt get the purpose of this thread.... its to discuss gobal outcome of recent action of both sides i-e Nato and Pakistan

Secondly where did in my first post its saying anything against India???

thirdly one thing you dint get is NATO needs Pakistan more now then Pakistan needs NATO in afghanistan

Pakistan have already finished up with TTP.... now its your turn

Dont estimate Pakistanies.....
Pakistani and Afghanistanies can tackle NATO and USA, without the help of China and anyother country...

No global outcome friend. Some chest thumping by Defence.pk members. Diplomatic noise by GoP. Behind the door understanding with NATO (I think it already exists). Some strong words. A blocked convoy for a week. Then every thing back to normal

All the bluster is for the consumption of the misguided public and the Afghan Taliban. More so for the latter. Since so far AT has not been attacking Pakistan. But if Pakistan opens its borders for NATO forces to come in and attack AT, then AT will wage war on Pakistan too..

So basically self preservation on the part of GoP

With regards to allying with the Taliban, the US would rather see Pakistan become a nuclear wasteland or become part of India again than to see the Taliban gain control of Pakistan's nuclear arsenal. Least bad option would be to take control/ destroy the nuclear components before they are assembled.

:Edit: If India was offered Pakistan on a silver NATO platter I seriously doubt they'd accept. They'd be dooming themselves to a generations long guerilla war that would put to shame the maoists.

That is not going to happen, our nukes are safe...
The only way we will become a nuclear wasteland is if someone nukes us, and if someone does, we nuke them...

Granted that is what is always hoped for (keep nukes safe out of Talib/terrorist hands etc), that's why all the actions I stated above would be bad, it would be a matter of limiting damage in the scenario, not having gain.
