Nato choppers violate Pak airspace
MIRANSHAH: The Nato gunship helicopters again violated Pakistani airspace at the border town of Lwara Mandi and hovered over the area for 25 minutes late on Tuesday night. Tribal sources told 'The News' that gunship helicopters flied one kilometre deep into the tribal region and returned without taking any action.

They said the copters flights panicked the local tribesmen who expressed anger over the repeated flights of drones and gunship helicopters of the United States-led Nato forces. Sources said it was believed that the gunship helicopters had entered the Lwara Mandi area where two Afghan citizens were killed on Monday.

Both the victims identified as Malik Anwar and his son Shah Jehan were travelling from Argoon area of Afghanistan to North Waziristan Agency when they were intercepted at Lwara Mandi area and killed by some five unidentified armed men. Malik Anwar was a Shura member of Argoon area in Paktika province.
