This will be good for all participating naval forces.

This will promote friendship and mutual understanding between all the countries participating in this joint naval exercise.

AFAIK Mavi Balina exercises are planned in conjuction with MARCOM, which basically makes it a NATO exercise hosted by Turkey. Gotta change the title bro @Hakan

'Participation in “Mavi Balina-14” will further strengthen bilateral relations of Pak Navy with Turkish Navy'

ISLAMABAD -
Pakistan Navy Ship, PNS ALAMGIR (FFG 260) with an embarked Z9 EC Helicopter onboard, will be visiting Turkish Aksaz Naval Base Marmaris and Antalya harbour during November 6 to 15 and will participate in joint Turkish Navy exercise Mavi Balina-14.

Pakistan Navy P3C-Orion aircraft will also participate in the exercise from Dalaman airbase, said a message received here on Wednesday. Pakistan Navy is actively involved in maintaining peace and stability in the region - from Gulf of Aden to Gulf of Oman including North Arabian Sea. Pakistan Navy ships are vigorously operating and participating in all peace keeping missions. Pakistan Navy joined the Coalition Maritime Campaign Plan (CMCP) in 2003 and had so far commanded the Coalition Task Force-150 five times. Due to Pakistan Navy’s proactive stance and operations, not a single terrorism related incident has occurred in its area of operation. PNS ALAMGIR will stay at Aksaz Naval Base from November 6 to 9 and at Antalya from November 13 to 15.

The vessel is a multi-mission frigate and embarks a Z9EC helicopter. Commanded by Captain Faisal Amin, PNS ALAMGIR is the third ship named as ALAMGIR. It was commissioned on August 31,2010 at Mayport Florida USA. PNS ALAMGIR is a part of 25th Destroyer Squadron of Pakistan Navy, it said. Mavi Balina is evolving into a common forum for both western and eastern nations, to share, discuss and propose solutions for Collaborative Maritime Security which is one of the critical contemporary maritime challenges. PNS ALAMGIR's participation in this exercise will further strengthen existing bilateral relations of Pakistan Navy with the Turkish Navy and other participating navies. Reciprocatory visits of high level defence delegations, exchange training programmes and visits of naval units is a regular feature of Turkey-Pakistan defence relations. To further boost defence ties, Pakistan Navy is planning to organise the fifth multinational exercise AMAN-15 in February 2015 where more than 30 navies including Turkish Navy are expected to participate.

SSGN is not developed well enough. I think they need to have a biannual program like SSG has with Turkish SAT for joint training and officers/operator exchange.

Excatly. There's a program called Cinnah in Naval Academy that it contains around a dozen PN Officer&NCO cadets in Tuzla. But it's really odd that TNF does not have much operational relationship with PN

Maybe because their Navy is not big enough.

This is one of the biggest mistakes Pakistan is making right now. Yes i can understand the economic reasons why we had to scrap the Naval buildup plan 2025, but we ought to do everything we can to keep a watered down version of it on track. Our first and foremost priority right now is to validate our naval strategic strike options including nuclear armed sub launched cruise missiles and development of a nuclear powered submarine. IMHO if PN's latest Submarine tender succeeds in attaining the multi tube VLS cruise missile technology, we would feel more confident in going for an SSBN directly. Pakistan has the technology or access to make it happen. We can develop the Ballistic missiles we need as well as the submarine and the miniaturized nuclear powered reactor has been under development since 2000s. Once Pakistan has a solid sea based strike option to complete our triad, then we will focus our resources on building our surface fleet.

Well, Qing class etc was deliberate disinformation to keep IN on its toes and guessing. The type of Sub we are keen in is still under development and is quite advanced. Its been classified as a Special Project so, rest is up to your thick anatolian skull to work out :D
