This is not freedom of expression but prohibition of putting false facts in order to sell the products, in this case a PS pic used.

Its like making an adv saying "Munna Tiger biscuit jab khatha hai , he will run like tiger and will catch deer and antelopes in mountains".

There are plenty which are similar which confuses or gives false information to public who relies on advertisements which reshape their purchasing preferences.
