@Alpha1 :rofl: it just sounds grand naa...all the archery clubs even in uni were under the WELSH ARCHERY club so when I joint the uni 1 I automatically fell under the regional one...

Nahh I just used to go there to meet friends and shoot some arrows...it was fun...I was trained and ya I was ok...not great :D

everythng in Britain sounds royal, nice btw. U knw i even made a home made crossbow!

Yup- you fit your BMI- too many junk foods can increase uric acid to- go see a doctor-
