Not completely true. While Doval is one of the most powerful voices, the PM does not allow for all power to reside in one individual. Most sources point to Modi listening to Doval but also using Jaishankar to balance the arguments. This is, of course separate from his ministerial colleagues.

It's good to have friendly relations with all neighbours, but in the real world things might not work out with some neighbours, then it becomes wise to invest time and energy in those neighbours where things are working out.

I can agree to that but than there comes another problem, some countries dont like when other country also tries to invest its time and energy elsewhere resulting in billions of dollar investment, than those countries try messing up and leaving the situation back to square one.

Nope, there is nothing in this world that can make us lose our land any further, in fact it will become far more impossible in another 32 years. But you can remain hopeful if that makes you feel good.

If history is anything to go by India has never been a country for more than 100 years. One way or the other it has been ruled by others, the mughals, the British are few of the examples. History may repeat itself soon.

It's not Narendra Modi's policy it is BJP's policy. He alone cannot make foreign policies

that should usually be the case, but he has sidelined everybody who do not agree, and pretty much everybody fall in line now. Its like congress, inner party democracy is in coma.

And IB was framed by CBI on the ordered of Sonia Gandhi. It was IB and RAW which backed Modi in every adventure.

still not that important ... its difficult to explain to a pakistani.. but army chief , intelligence services chiefs, def min are not the most powerful positions in India.. they are but somewhere down the hierarchy. Among officials, PM's principal secretary is a powerful position, so is positon of cabinet secretary. Among ministries, Home and Finance are the important ones and are usually next to PM in power.
NSA is a powerful position, but he can be easily replaced by PM.

lolz... she was powerful because she was elected almost in presidential way, completely disregarding her own party. She concentreted more power by kicking non loyalists out.
Intel services work for whoever is in power. BJP lost power to congress headed by Sonia(remained outside for 10 years). what was intelligence service doing.

she was elected because , IB was in her support, sabotaging and doing espionage against the Opposition. RN Kao had warned her not to go for emergency but she did not listen and lost.
