What's new

Najam Sethi is crying Why establishment not supporting Current cherry blossom Gvt..!!

While watching the video, I couldn't help notice how unpopular IK is with the Indians.

I mean, here on [PDF] they talk about IK being great for India & so much so that THAT idiot Maj. Guber Arya said that IK was the best thing for India.

However, someone who deals with their kind knows the reality that IK is not what Indians want as PM of Pakistan.

This is the first thing I noticed when IK took over. Indians were burning. Their social media posts were full of mockery. You would have thought Khan being a famous cricket player and a likable guy, they would take to him right? They genuinely felt insecure by a Khan led Pakistan. This is how easy it is to mog them.

The balakot strikes were unprecedented, brazen and intended to destabilize the Khan government. They wanted to reduce his reputation in front of this people. The opposite happened of course.

The missile that landed, when has that ever happened? Again for the same reasons.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see a correlation here. India do not want a good leader to control Pakistan. It is against their interests.

The first thing SS did after the NCV being thrown out in round 1 was to give an interview to Indian television. This is very telling.

Pakistan has been regime changed by India by proxy through the US. I don't know what the establishment were thinking or what threats they received to follow through with this but what is the f**king point of having nukes when your enemy can control who leads your people and makes the sure the worst of us maintains power.

You are absolutely right.

Najam Sethi is a mouth piece of Americans. He is giving a veiled message to the establishment to crush Imran Khan.

Any deviation from the plan and the US will handle the establishment as they see fit.

There are a lot of things in works some of them have come forth like

1) American security agreement ( bases / air corridor)
2) Warming up to India
3) Israel recognition. ( This is not knew even the likes of Mir have acknowledged that great pressure has been put on IK for 2 years by the American lobby in GHQ to warm up with Israel).

( Sharif has met both Indian and Israel representatives in London late last year)

For all those things to go without much noise and resistance IK has to be muted.

If the mutant regime can't handle the heat by themselves, then why take up the mantle? You don't pressure the estab to back off of supporting IK, and then complain that they're not helping you. Pathetic.

Best thing to do is to call an early election, let a competent leadership emerge with a proper mandate. In the short-term, we'll have to risk massive economic consequences.

Managing the economy would require a major change for everyone. Mass and blanket import bans including palm oil, cars, strict enforcement of businesses opening hours 9-5 only (to reduce huge electricity consumption) etc etc.

Sh1t is hitting the fan already .. let's see if sensible economists are brought in to deliver chemotherapy the economy requires. PDM etc will always fail to deliver and if IK manages to get power he will fail too without delivering the required chemotherapy.

In 3.5 years he more did more economic destruction then what we had during 1965 and 1971 and Kargil war. You can’t deny that, you’re all well aware of this. Just because you support IK, you won’t admit it in open public forum.
Yes, Imran Khan destroyed land of milk and honey he received in 2018: Patwari

Very well summed up. I'd add one more thing.

4) Nuclear weapon surrender.

Country is heading towards manufactured economic crisis, once Pakistan defaults, an excuse will be made to surrender our nuclear assets aka "defang Pakistan"

Too far off ( only laid down points which are grossly visible) but Americans would love that.. ( Bloody mutiny in army)

What needs to be looked into is the purposeful strangulation of Pakistan after each cycle of economic abuse as a result of American sponsored NROs. Never let the country progress.

Impose/ensure the lowest gutters get the power and watch the country sink deeper and deeper, strengthening their own control and enforcing their interests.

But, in this process, what a havoc, these scoundrels have played with Pakistan. I am unable even to assess the loss, incurred in past 2 months.

But, but bro don’t you know the Karachi stock market jee was ‘boosted’ after Imran left as the patwaris were shouting from the rooftops. Now it’s down a near 7%…..
You heard of the ‘midas touch’? Welcome to the PDN $hit touch, everything they are involved in turns into excrement.

Hilariously they are now blaming the forces. With 228 million now at breaking point this will now reach its forgone conclusion.

Before No-confidence-motion: 1 USD = 176 PKR

After
imported government: 1 USD = 193 PKR

We need 20 years to clean up the economic destruction IK left behind, so ask questions about economy at least after 10 years.

LOL why not plead for an eternity? If you manage to fix Pak economy in 40 years I will eat my words. Your donkey leaders don't have the ability to fix things. They are however good at breaking things.

What you need is decisive leadership.
1) How we converted a calamity in form of covid to an opportunity. The rabid naysayers who were barking 24/7 for a lock down were later saying economic achievement was due to COVID (rather than acknowledging the brilliance in dealing with the crisis in the face of abuse)
2) Russia Ukraine crisis, how we rushed to secure discounted oil/lng/wheat deal, to balance off the vicious international commodity inflationary cycle.

Can't have jokers ( can't even defend the integrity and sovereignty of our country) in power like now and expect miracles. These same jokers turned golden years of international low commodity prices and stability into disaster.

My previous tweet
..

PTI took the toughest of decisions of any government in the past and was handling economy better than anyone else could do in the face of COVID ( the best performing economy in comparison to all our regional countries) to handling the most ruthless commodity price inflationary cycle. ( most notable Bent reached $130/barrel, Spot LNG market frenzy).

This foreign imposed government got only a fraction of challenges which IK got when he took over the office.

1)
IK government had to deal with 4 years of backlog inflation ( due to artificially manipulated and over valued currency) let loose. The toughest ask of any government in history.

2)
Gas prices were heavily subsidised which IK government had to raise prices multiple times, they managed to pass the critical WACOG bill aswell.

3) Electricity prices were never raised in plmn government on the other hand expensive IPP contracts were signed left and right.

4) Reserves were far less when IK government took over combine that with CAD accelerating at $2b per month as compared to $0.5b in Feb 2022 and $1b in March 2022.
GDP growth for the first 9 months of this FY is around 5%.
Not to mention Vaccine import and TERF rollout. ( which contributed most to CAD this FY).

5) Exports registered at $3b for the first time in March, Remittances highest by a huge margin, IT services export record. ( All these things helped in managing CAD which is less than in 2018 in the face of vicious broad based commodity inflationary cycle, vaccine imports and TERF rollout)

6) Regarding IMF if people forget easily PTI passed the toughest legislation along with the toughest economic decisions to get the IMF tranche in Feb this year.

7)
Fuel subsidy in March was just Rs 32b, it was designed with a limit. ( The knowledge I have is from the profits of government owned enterprise which made record profits). This government is not even passing on the price hike from their tenure of one month while blaming it on pti and on ground more than doubling the subsidy.

8) Regarding LNG India just got cheap LNG cargoes from Russia, Pakistan was planning to import the same as soon as April by implementing both Crude swap agreement, Cheaper LNG and cheaper wheat. On the other hand this government bought the most expensive LNG on record ( average of 4 cargoes they bought).

These are some of the highlights, I will IA write a detailed thread on this when I find time. Because 90% of what you hear in the media is bullshit.

The thing is, these cartoons spent years hammering IK for doing a little belt tightening, IMO that government didn’t go far enough but these guys were busy attacking him on inflation and bailout conditions. Now they are in almost the same position and are feeling weak at the knees. The bailout need is a little less dire, but global economic conditions are pretty volatile, so the inflation angle will hurt like hell.

Your suggestions are fine, but this mutant regime does not have the mandate, nor the political will to do what’s needed. They’re worried, if we do what’s needed now and elections are not so far away, we’ll be dead electorally. At the same time, they are in power and if they don’t do something, they’ll preside over massive economic catastrophe.

Get some popcorn and watch the shenanigans, but spare a thought for the ordinary and the poor who’ll live through any consequences.

IK spent a lot of his political capital for tightening the belt, and that too with a wafer thin majority with no constitutional amendments. Mafia were not fully controlled due to loopholes in constitution and judiciary putting road blocks.

Whereas PDM has no opposition in Parliament. Spend the political capital, whatevers little it has, and push the reforms. But no balls plus they are all in to loot, not to improve lives of common Pakistanis.

KSA, UAE and China refused bailout packages to this government that is all in US camp. Discounted Russian oil is off the table too.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't for PDM. PMLN has been royally screwed by Zardari. Nawaz should have stuck with his earlier decision to let IK government complete it's full term.
