Seems like Indian Baniya mind at its best. We defamed our neighbors but we created such a complex definition so that general population can't understand it.

So in eyes of rest of the world, especially people who hardly read or watch too much news, Pakistan is an aggressive nation while India is a peaceful nation with No First Use Policy.

We all know how important it is opinion of general population around the world.

I must say, hats off to our policy makers. They trolled entire world like Mayans.

i say having no first use policy is good..but not having is better ..

India has the biggest manufacturing processes for vaccines & antibiotics ..rest assure ..We have biological weapons ..we just don't need that info in public domain.....Also India opposes use of biological weapons like Nukes first use
