Lack of sanitation is the real plague of Pakistan and India. Saw a reddit comment claiming it to be scrub typhus

Don't know about Pakistan but sadly due to our geographic location as most of Central and Southern India lie in Tropical zone, many of the tropical diseases like dengue, malaria etc will always be a thorn on our side. Many developed countries that lie in this zone with much better and sanitation and healthcare also are routinely affected by them.
