They don't have the ability to attack Chittagong let alone Dhaka. We have better trained troops, a gibber population that is more willing to defend the country than theirs. Not to mention the huge amount of insurgency in their country whereas ours is the most stable country in the sub-continent.

Also, the East Bengal Regiment is stationed (headquarters) at Chittagong.
