Its just a mindset, because in WW2 Americans used Japnese as Japs when implying them as enemy.
In aftermath of WW2, obviously no one love defeat. So, need to give this word a different shape and form.

But how this word become racial slur which have nothing to do with "Race"?

This word is not used for Koreans or Chinese or Malaysian. The more right term is "Imperialistic slur". But to save the face from defeat, the Japnese Govt. in the end give this term a racial slur.

If someone hate Imperialism, he should love this term, but actually this is reverse.

Turkey get their share of problems, the recent bombing incidents is just the tip of the iceberg of their newly created problems there. And there is always tit for tat, in this current day and age, promoting business and economic cooperation is always the much better proposal than spreading terror and insurgency activity. Economic power is as important as other aspect of hard power, namely military. But illegal military activity (like supporting rebels faction in another country) is sucking much of your fortunes, and as i said it much best to use the money to develop your own military capabilities to make a more credible deterrence posture against any external and internal adversary.

Burma, is important for any big player especially China as they hold strategic location for them to place their overseas Naval base in near future. Not to mention, much of ASEAN countries is looking for a stable and better Burma as it will further to drive our economic progress towards a better end.

Insurgency is very cheap. Spending a $100 million on it for a few years can actually weaken the Burmese government and put strains to the economy (insurgency is cheaper than an all out war). And it's not terror activity, it's "helping them achieve their freedom". Bangladesh holds much better strategic location for Chinese, zero conflict and can cut off Indian influence going farther East, thus they have no problems selling us some of their most advanced ships with equipments that are similar to theirs. As for India, look at their military bases, most are closer to Burma than Bangladesh.

Even they got assistance from Chinese government to build their own Frigate and OPV, not to mention Burma had one of the most robust military industry and China actually is an important factor in why Burma can maintain them.

We got the same, infact the Chinese offered us the same corvettes they use but our military declined. In fact we will be building our own Type 056 corvettes and we are getting the FL-3000N SAM systems on it. Also, Bangladesh is China's 2nd biggest importer of weapons. They also offered us to build a deep sea port but Hasina declined The only thing stopping further cooperation between Bangladesh and China is Hasina and her pro-India policy.
