Myanmar in advanced negotiations with Pakistan to licence-build JF-17 fighter

Definitely not trying to start any Bangladesh-Pakistan conflict. But this is an insulting and uncalled for statement and should be taken back.

Well, Pakistan didn't behaved like countryman with us. Their past deeds can be compared with colonialism...

Why the hell did you think I didn't respond ? you shouldn't have either !

.
not all just major powers which are GCC, if GCC doesn't do anything we cant
and they wont because they dont care and have their interests first which are pro regime and pro arab
other partner here is Bangladesh, they are not supportive as well
You are right GCC would be a major powerhouse if they chose to band together...but as we both know it's very unlikely to happen. The only thing that Pakistan can do alone is provide them(Rohingya) sanctuary(which Pak is already doing). The problem is that Myanmar isn't letting Rohingyas escape. Those that do escape have to do it illegally and by risking their lives. Bangladesh has some of these refugees as well but recently they have taken a harsh stand and have become unwelcoming. In all fairness Bangladesh is a developing country itself and can only bear so much but somethings go beyond monetary considerations, this being one of them.

Some random thoughts:-

- I suspect China gave the blessing for tech transfer as the JF-17 is essentially a Chinese plane.

- Relations between India and Myanmar are not as close as people presume. We had a frosty relationship with India until about 15 years ago when they dropped their objection to the military government.

- The new government is (IMO) even warmer to the Chinese than the outgoing one

- Having the right to licence build a fighter jet is not going to factor in our internal policies on how we deal with our rohingya problem. Consider that our economy was almost totally dependent on China at one point and still is heavily dependent yet we cancelled a dam project, called them out on supporting rebel groups along the border and even dropped a bomb on Chinese territory (albeit by mistake).

- I'm now quite happy we went with the JF-17. Congrats.

Indians need to pick up the pace, it took over 7 pages on a JF-17 thread to start asking

"hu what makeing of jf-17 pak is doing it?"

Maybe when block 3 comes out, the bonds will be lit back on fire

1. No one force you to buy jF17. Without Chinese agreement, you can't get a bolt from JF17.
2. China don't support your northern rebellions, we just want a peaceful border. Don't fcking fight in our doorway!
3. That one bomb you dropped on the border is remembered by all fellow Chinese, and will be paid back in proper time.

4. You don't have a saying in all of these

We should not forget about our Rohingya's brother there- which are living in misery there.

Yes, they are quite obnoxious. They try to irritate you by making ignorant claims.

Indians project their fears, failures and psychological hangups onto Pakistan

It matters not we learned a long time ago we will keep working, partnering with our allies and Indians can cry all they like

 Not entirely true my friend, if you could just extract some 'flying sperm' from a block3 'Tandoory Thunder' and inseminate the always on the ground and pregnant 'TejGas' (as Indian navy calls it fatty) with it, 9 months later you could have half a sqdn of adorable and beautiful high breed flying babies.... think of the possibilities !!! :man_in_love:
Damn. you're good man!
