Myanmar in advanced negotiations with Pakistan to licence-build JF-17 fighter

Very unlikely because mayanmar cant buy more than 20 aircrafts after recent 16 aircrafts purchase.

I think negotiations will be for building facilities to upgrade 16 block 2 into block 3 locally in future.

why all shouldn't forget that China is the deciding country for exporting JF 17 if they don't want to export to any country we can not do it ourself
And you forget that if is Pak that holds almost 60% rights to the plane and a joint marketing team of PAC & CATIC behind the deals.. And the only production facility is in Pak.

Does Pakistan own the software patch of computer on board any aircraft used by paf, not even one ,
U don't even own the software patch of ur so called indigenous fighter jf-17

Assholes like you pop up everyday asking for basic things without having any knowledge of related products produced by Pakistan... Just to somehow Fukin satisfy your tiny shattered egos .. And end up being owned again and again and still shamelessly troll asking for the dumbest things ... Forgetting that Pak doesn't boast about small things.. Unlike India which even brags about so called "chilli grenades" and automatic "palkis". You people are a joke.

especially being a former colony of Pakistan

Nope, Burma is a free country so it's free to buy anything she can afford...and as a free country Pakistan also free to sell anything to anyone to rake in the $$$.

But as we are also a former colony of both Turkey & UK, we'll rather urge them to also include us in TF-X

We'll all be happy in win-win-win-win...

You are totally wrong over here the profit of selling JF-17 will be equally divided between Pakistan and China and if even one of the two countries has problem with selling JF-17 to some country. They will not sell JF-17 to that country.

Technically speaking it was a colony.

Otherwise if it truly was a part of Pakistan it wouldn't be independent today.

But it can hurt the feelings of Bangladeshis if you call their country a "Pakistani colony".

Sell jf 17 spend some on Rohnigya camps, humanity, ummah 2017 style.

They could get the license manufacture of blk1 which is 3/3.5 gen fighter. I highly doubt that Pakistan and China would give it license to manufacture the blk2 which is 4th gen fighter.

so where is all the love for Rohingya muslims ??
Selling JF17 to them doesn't mean we don't care about Rohingya Muslims.

Pak alone can't do anything against it.

- Pak isn't economically strong enough nor does Myanmar depend on Pak as much in terms of trade and economy, to be able to take any action.
- Pak doesn't have enough clout to band together with a few countries to impose sanctions on Myanmar or boycott them economically.
- It would be unwise for Pak to do anything about it militarily even if it could.

The only doable thing that might put a stop to this genocide is ALL Muslim countries do one or more of the following things below depending on which suits best.
- Collectively boycott all trade with Myanmar
- Collectively raise this issue in UN and have UN term it genocide due to which UN will have to take action.
- Threaten a collective military action.

Currently each one of the Muslim countries is too weak to do anything about it. Only together they stand any chance of doing something about it.

And this only works in theory bcuz there is hardly any chance that these Muslim countries will come/act together on this issue.

As for Pak selling them JF17...it wouldn't matter if we don't sell them JF17. They will buy some other jets elsewhere and the massacre will continue. So why lose a sale over something that is beyond Pak's control at the moment?

Can we trust these anti-Muslim fanatics with our secrets?

You are assuming that Myanmar will compromise its own defence secrets. I find that implausible. And, showing hostility to Myanmar is not going to change anything. The only way to bring about change is by speaking with Myanmar.

Mention Pakistan should have relations with Israel and every one is like----- "Oh no way, HARAM HARAM!". But Pakistan should give weapons to Myanmar because it's business HALAL HALAL........

What has the boycott of Israel achieved so far?

China is the most important supplier of military aid and maintains extensive strategic and military cooperation since 1989 so my feeling is china must have offered the country jf17 with may be the option of soft loans

To all the people that are screaming against dealing with Myanmar, i call you guys hypocrites. Europeans and Americans have killed the most muslims, yet we are very happy to deal with them. You guys also forget that Israel is a gift to Muslims by the British and USA (sarcasm), but you guys don't oppose and dealings with them.

Now saying that, i am not opposed to helping fellow muslims, but you can't help others if you have no coins in your pocket, or your own stomach is empty. So help your country first so that one day it is in a position to help others.

not all just major powers which are GCC, if GCC doesn't do anything we cant
and they wont because they dont care and have their interests first which are pro regime and pro arab
other partner here is Bangladesh, they are not supportive as well

well just out of curiosity, Myanmar has placed order through china or Pakistan?....i know both china and Pakistan are partner's in this project but are there jets assembled in China or Pakistan ???
