My new avatar..Photoshop help needed

It looks a bit cheesy to open a thread about your own avatar but i am no good at Photoshop and if any passing Photoshopping Gurus happen to see this thread and can create a better image than i created () Please do so... I definitely need a better version of my idea...
You do get the idea what i want?
Pakistani Flag on the big fat penguin..Pak Army logo on the middle penguin an the PAF and PN logo on the left and right Penguins..
If these logos and flag could be more blended in that would look better..

As a reward i wont Teroll you in any forum fight ever again
