I know bro and i am not saying anything regarding that. Sure launches fail and those are obstacle that you have to overcome with time, money and endurance. But then it would makes sense for the Iranian goverment to insted use Chinese or Russian SLV's until Iranian space agency can develop a SLV with a good succes rate and big enough payload. You would be gambling precious and priced sattelites away.That was my point. You said that Iranian policy is to go domestic, but right now thats not possible. You agree?
