the greatest leader of our times was Lee Kuan Yew. the blessings of the greatest god be upon him. I think he is the kind of man we all call a prophet.

By claiming that Taj Mahal is Tejo mahalay and Kaaba black stone is shiv ling....
what is kaba black stone. do you have any pics of it?

his name is jamahir. :agree:
you are an imam?

It is an example, where the same principle applies, and this is used for all fiction and non-fiction texts.

I am quite literally telling you how logic works. Precedence is one thing, principle is another, yet there is not only one way to use logic. Besides, you arguing that I'm not using logic properly is itself a logical fallacy, its called tu quoque.

In fact, considering you clearly don't know what logical fallacies are here, have a look at this website for a very basic look...

Thou shalt not commit logical fallacies

If you want to argue logic, try actually using it.

LOL............ ya, lets practice arguing Logic by debating on FICTION  ........ and the rules that frame Fiction. Oh wait :P ............ there are NO Rules. So how exactly do we discuss logic ?

Well I suppose you do it by discussing Fiction and calling it Logic :enjoy: ........ NICE.

If you really want to understand how logic works, start with the RULES of Logic,

1. Propositional calculus
2. First order logic
3. Rule of Inference.

Tell that to them. For us they are Indian Muslims because they claim to be so. We don't go about giving certificates. Even the RSS does not call beef eating Hindus non Hindus. :coffee:
But your kind doesn't mind giving certificates of nationalism and patriotism well before asking...

yup, but there are many who do think that religion was invented by man.

And there are many who think the opposite is true. So really how is your belief greater than his belief ?

.
why are you discussing logic in a religious discussion. how can faith and logic coexist. that's why we have to suffer fools.

I didn't say that my belief is greater.
I just questioned that ram is imam

.
I wonder if they used stylish messenger bags in those days.

yaar, ram was not just a fedex guy. he was god.

But he is admired for his role as a regular "joe"........ or "Ram".

I am not manipulating Quran but just saying that its mentioned in Quran that messengers have been sent to all the nations. Do you deny this ?

It is quite possible but as such cannot be claimed with evidence. With the number of messengers estimated in the hundred of thousands.. it is quite likely that many were sent to the region that is the subcontinent. However, with the identity of all but a few key figures unknown, it cannot be speculated on whom was and whom was not.

I see Hinduism still having its core in a singular deity so it is likely that it has links with the Abrahamic religions but developed differently.

These women however, whilst being Muslims are claiming something that is contrary to Islam. While I am all for communal harmony and make it a point to participate in Holi, Easter and Hannukah.. I do not partake nor immediately believe in the sanctity of these events. Essentially, I seek common ground but will not compromise on core tenets or extrapolate new ones without any theological basis.
These women have done the latter. Whilst it is not exactly incorrect to speculate on who may or may not have been a prophet(many Indonesian Muslims speculate that buddha might have been a prophet) but there cannot be explicit declaration of one as the only declared ones are mentioned in the Quran.

There are people besides prophets who come in all times according to Islamic theology in order to keep the basic tenets of the religion intact and refresh it to the times. Here a mixture of "proof" and speculation runs wild; such as the case of Sai Baba.

As far as Ram is concerned, he is a key figure in Hindu belief and hence certain respect for their right to believe in him is to be accorded but at no point is he to be revered(or insulted). Basically there is no need to care beyond live and let live.
