Visa free travel between the countries and ability to settle down and work anywhere has resulted in movement of cheap labor from Eastern European countries to advanced countries.

Muslims should also take guidance from this example and convert the already existing Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) into an Economic Union. OIC has been until now mostly a discussion forum where issues relating to Muslim Ummah were discussed. OIC played a positive role during the Afghan Jihad against the Soviet Union.

However, it seems that the coalition would perform much better if its manpower is from Pakistani, Malaysian, Indonesian and African soldiers.

The new Union should adopt a common currency and have Visa free travel between the member countries and have joint Defense.

Every member country should have its elected government but at the center should be a Muslim Parliament with members elected from all the Muslim countries and a head of Muslim Union called Sadr-e-Dawlah.

The Muslim Union should have its common economic development policies with each county having its separate policies as well for some subjects.

What is your basis of this observation? A fight on the ground would also result in mass casualties for all involved. Remember FATA and the counter terror operation there, you cannot expect PA to just walk in and Houtis will disarm becuase another Muslim country has sent its soldiers to fight.

This can only happen once the economic disparity between Muslim nations is negligible, what has Gulf countries got to gain from this? Nothing at all. They benefit with the status quo.

You can either have a common development plan or seperate individual development plan, you can't have both, case in point - UK vs EU.

IMCTC is not fighting Houthis but designed for bigger things like ISIS up rising but not utilized until now

A good idea but this could not work similarly to the EU, because the Muslim countries have much more differences, and weaker connection.
Furthermore, EU has two cores that are France and Germany. The condition in Muslim countries is complicated, several countries such as Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Pakistan are strong, but none of them has a leading position in Muslim countries. It would be very difficult for MU to make any decisions because of its headless.

Idea is plausible. But lets examine some facts first.
As combined power, which enemy we will fight? Are we providing justice to our own population? People from Muslim countries are running away to non Muslim countries, why? Because of uneven social system and justice system. Are we ready to fight the enemy within? Then after that we can defeat any other enemy(and trust me, your so called enemies will come running to you for business and economy after that).

The thing we have to consider is what makes the EU work, what was the driving force behind it? Security and economic opportunity. The European identity was harvested later and initially it was merely 6 member states.

We need to follow a similar model. Just start working with states that are interested in economic and security cooperation. Once we have a model of success, others will want to join themselves. The Arabs and Persians are spoilers in our region, their interest is only in projecting their own influences. They have notions of granduer beyond their station.

Let us follow the model of Turkey, let us become and economic and military success in our own right, if and when people want to work with us on that journey we will welcome them. Nobody wants economic cooperation with a basket case.

Yeah we really lose sight of the scope of destruction in Europe those two world wars caused. There was not a community or household who had not faced hardship or lost lives. There was so much blood spilt that everyone wanted peace. We haven't had that yet in our region.

The purpose of this economic alliance is to develop the economy and resist external interference. Why doesn't the Islamic world form an economic union.
The US dollar is ready to raise interest rates. How are the countries that have not joined the economic union prepared to respond?Unite to avoid currency depreciation, 10 years of economic development back to the starting point.Only by forming a large ship can we withstand the storm at sea.

It is a difficult task and will take a lot of effort but the benefits outweigh the efforts.

We can have a Joint Defence Treaty with Saudia, Turkey, Iran and Afghanistan.
