There is no double standards.Cow is sacred for Us ,so no Cow sacrifices..
They can sacrifice goat in their Homes

I am not going to defend any muslim who sacrifices a cow with the sole intention of hurting the sentiments of Hindus. But will the Hindus allow a muslim to sacrifice a cow if wants too?

And you can find Goat easily than cow in SA. This is not about regional animals anymore in SA.

Goat here costs more than cows for the amount of meat...it would be a stupid substitution....unless of course you subsidize it...do you want to subsidize it?

Or we ban cow worship as we have done and periodically repeat an Akalah to keep people in check.

I said there are many options to make a minority comply. So India went the route of banning beef. Where law is not implemented, cow vigilantes take over. So either learn to respect the majoritarian value system of the place you live in or be ready to face vigilantism. This arrogance that Muslims must have their way won't be tolerated by everyone.

Pork is not easy to find in BD...I eat pork in the US and it is cheap here....from what I hear from my Christian friends it is also quite cheap in BD too...but since neither Bengali Muslims nor Bengali Hindus eat pork(I don't know why most Hindus in BD don't eat pork) the demand is EXTREMELY low...that also means porks aren't "farmed" here....most pigs are reared by the Methor(Sweeper) community of Dhaka in a not so hygienic condition....the CHT people also eat pork.

I would never defend a Muslim doing anything that is anti-Humanist...I am against killing people(without necessity of self defence)...Attention is definitely a big factor...Al Qaueda was extremely dangerous and carried out a lot of attacks before 9/11.....but the world didn't take notice....they know their media tactics very well.

Hey its your country your laws...I don't care about the Muslims of India...I make my points from an ultra-liberal(live and let live) view of society....banning other people's food because of your silly belief is still stupid...you can make it a law but it wouldn't change the fact that it is stupid.

Alcohol is slowly opening up in BD.....some restaurants do sell pork here(targeting foreigners more than locals)...I guess the natural progression of Alcohol would be other haram foods...once the general muslim population grows a thick skin towards alcohol they will accept other food too.
