I am all for MODEST dress code, and not wearing hijab in public, but I will never condone 'expressions of vulgarity' in Pakistan (being a Muslim).
Definition of modest clothing differs from people to people.
You are free to have your own definition, just don't force it on others.
However, it is not my place to tell strangers what to wear and what not to wear in the public ON MY OWN - this is rude behavior and will not be received well by many.
Well done, now you are finally speaking some sense and have started to show some tolerance.
If somebody ever bother to ask me to point out what forms of dress code I find acceptable in person then I will OPENLY convey my POV irrespective of where I am present at the time.
Fair enough. You have freedom of expression.
I have witnessed some Pakistani women wearing revealing cloths in PRIVATE functions, but I do not bother with them.
Impressive. Stay that way. And if somebody tries to show intolerance then try to stop them.
What do you want me to do? Pick up fights with strangers on the matters of dress code?
No, quite the opposite actually.
Allow them to live as they like in public, just like you allow them in Private functions.

Overall, I think, I have succeeded in tightening your loose screws quite a bit and managed to bring tolerant side of you, at last.
