Let me tell u what happened with my rental property.

3 years back rented it to a Christian family.
They stayed for around 18 months and when they were leaving, we went in for inspection.
Guess what had happened?

Typical hindu houses have few of the marble tiles with pics of Hindu gods & goddesses. Few of them were missing. Few had papers covering them with fevicol.

Obviously we got angry and when we questioned them, guess what the answer was?

And guess what we decided to do after that?
