I am not very convinced of the real estate scene here. If you see what the RBI is saying, its only going to get worse. Interest rates are not going to come down to suit the banks and real estate chaps.

With an increase in NPAs for the banks who are lending to the builders, its just a matter of time before the call back happens. Have money at that time to splurge.
