Recent updates about nexus of SRA and BRA&co could explain increased funding and logs of these scums.
But what i would like to point out is our reactionary approach to our security. This info has been in public domain for quite some time and Int domain even longer, but still we haven't mobilized and no real apprehensions to nip it in the bud.
I am sure these guys would be nabbed within a week or 2 but why wait all this time. We could have prevented this.
