India is completely revamping its Transport fleet. Going for a complete overhaul and not an upgrade.
India is Co-developing a Multi Role Tactical Transport aircraft.
To completely remove its old and obsolete An 32 transport planes.
Along with Il 76, it is expected to be India's transport mainstay.
And for its Special Forces, it is buying C-130J planes.
