Agreed Tiki but the thing is they do have the money and they have the highest number of engineering graduates even if they have 1/100 genius then they will have more than america and in time they will develop even more sophisticated weapons than america if they want it. CCP may have the big dream of becoming the savior of the World, certainly they are certainly not interested to enslave the World.

Because they do understand that being an invader won't end up with good, even they were once the victim of the imperialistic invaders in the past.

No China is not a super power yet. They are still in the infrastructure phase which is the hardest part of development. Give it 10 more years and you will see the weight of the world shifting east again.

Considering China's past records, assimilating the closely related ethnicities like Miao/Zhuang/Tibetan, being the protector of the other East Asian nations (assisting Korea from the Japanese invasion of the 16th century), building a good relationship with the many other different civilizations, India/Persia/Arabic-Muslim nations, in the prime age of the Ming Dynasty. Even Zheng He himself was a Muslim.

So it is the safe to say that China won't end up like the West.

When Muslims reached the edges of China they did not try to conquer china you know why? Because China allowed for free religion and did not persecute the ones who would decide to change religion so there was no need for war.

China and Muslim nations have been in trade friendship for some 1380 years with no problems. That is why china's history vouches for it.
