One question arises though.
How will Omar fit in when negotiations commence?

Most of us know that Taliban have to be negotiated with in order to ensure a stable Afghanistan.
In this context, Omar and his old guard cannot be ignored.
After all the Taliban were a unified force under Omar and dealing with few low level commanders will not yield much.

How can you make arrangements with those, whom you always blamed for waging war, threat to the world peace and instrument of ISI ?

And thats why he is in the US state departments Most Wanted list with a 10 million dollar bounty on his head.. Looks like this whole story of him being removed from FBI list is a bogey started by the sensationalist Pakistani media. Somewhat on the lines of the fake Wikileaks
