Gaddafi openly hosted the summit in Tripoli calling for world revolution in the Pacific, he invited the Australian Aboriginals, Acehnese, Kanaks from New Caledonia and the other seperatists from Indonesia and the Philippines to attend. He did not keep his support for them hidden from view. It was after America bombed Tripoli and he was promising retaliation against pro-western countries.
