Come on dear friend...to get into a job, one requires to study and potential to perform...So rather than complaining, MQM should focous on the capacity building of its followers...No one hires you for a job if the hiring manager thinks that any one is not fit for it.....

This is a typical trend of South Asia, when a community or zone of people do not invest in capacity building and expect they should be treated in same way with others who has invested the time and energy for themselves and their kids...Thanks God....you guys do not have quote culture as it is India...Think about a situation if you have quote based on some religion or caste...!!!!!!!!!!!

I challenged you to present some statistics or facts or reports rather than mere rhetoric to back your claim, but as expected, you conveniently backed off and didn't reply.

That's not discrimination. Punjab accounts for 55% of the population of Pakistan. It has thrice as many administrative units as Sindh. Naturally it is going to account for a greater portion of the bureaucracy.

Talk about Potential then ask any one here Karachi has one of the Highest Literacy in Pakistan and Per capita Karachi has more ELIGIBLE Candidates for any Govt. Position in Pakistan and abroad. When the criteria is based on Discrimination then all we can do is POINT OUT.

Capacity Building is only REQUIRED where there is some Lacking but in Karachi there is no Lacking as It has Very High Literacy Rate and maybe HIGHEST Graduated and Post Graduated people exist in any Pakistani Region. Its already there but when it comes to UTILIZING them things like Nepotism, Quota System, Corruption and all other factors comes to play so now there is high Brain Drain from Karachi right now and as you are American if you have any Experience to Pakistani Community you will acknowledge it yourself when you Meet a Karachi and compare him to person belong to Other community.

You are RAREST of Rare cases in Karachi. Maybe you got any Immediate Family member already serving in Military. That is what I observed in Karachi not many people from Karachi are Recruited despite they fulfills Criteria. I got personal Experience of that as I have Studied in Federal Board School(one of very Few in Karachi).
Who says all Urdu Speakers in Karachi support MQM.

Majority of Urdu Speaking does support MQM and if you consider them traitor then its your PERCEPTION only.
