MQM is a political party whereas this d1ckh3ad is miltary general and director general of rangers who have access to intelligence and information. With little effort they can stop all the mayhem , however their actions and statements gives the idea that they are either complete fools or are involved in mayhem in the city.

Also you cannot also ignore the fact that karachi being very lucrative for its money where else rangers can have such ideal set up rent free public properties where they have set up bakery , karahi restaurants and chai shops .. they cant go back to the borders and do this can they ??

so the longer they stay in karachi the longer they can fcuk us, and the longer they can use karachi as prostitute, so its in rangers interest not to solve karachi situation once and for all times sake, because if they do, they will be asked to leave and their businesses they own, they can no longer control
