What's new

Move over, ‘Made in China’. It’s the ‘Made in Bangladesh’ era now

A good sign for BD economy ... definitely they are getting their chunk in international market at a faster pace.
The title though is awkward, BD could and is gaining the ground but could not replace China, so there will not be any move over but a justified portion - through hard work of people the sincere efforts of BD government and political stability.
ALLAH SWT bless efforts of BD and its people.

do this Knee-high , mini tadpole country even matter in world politics/economics????

It doesn't need to be significant or matter in the world arena, we're making 'schmonies' and that is all that matters. Many of us if not most of us seek a stable and dignified life(days of using the bidet to wash our backsides has gone, we use pressure hose pipes now, lol). Bangladesh never claimed to want to be 'most relevant' or most important - we've always had a focus on internal matters, Muhammed Yunus did great with the introduction of micro credit. Other big names have done tremendous amounts for the common man (farmers, start up businesses etc).

Off with your complex ridden statements, no one ever said BD is here to contend or establish a place in the world.

Staying out of troubled water with a razor sharp focus on the economics should be the order of the day. Here is this great American saying, " If you go out looking for trouble, trouble will find you."
