He wouldn't have been picked off and kept had he been a dumbass. He would have been transferred to border protection authority instead. The very fact that he is unfounded means he is being treated as a person of interest.

The ISI won't waste time on him unless they caught him spying. Good work To Pakistani intelligence. Many other undesirable indians have been caught over the years most with fake documents, maps of sensitive installations etc.They won't be going home anytime soon, rest assured.
Kohat is not an industrial city nor is it a tourist destination. It is a sensitive area though given that it's basically a gateway town from KPK into FATA region.
