Some will leave for sanctions relief, not the virus necessarily.

The Trump agenda is to break Chinese hegemony in manufacturing and would prefer a more diversified group of countries to service their production needs. India, Vietnam, Taiwan, Indonesia etc could pick up the slack if the trade war intensifies further.
