Most Pakistanis favor new provinces on administrative basis: survey

ISLAMABAD - Most Pakistanis (40 percent) favor administrative basis or a combination of administrative and linguistic basis (42 percent) to redraw provincial boundaries, while only 15 percent favor linguistic basis alone, according to a Gallup Pakistan survey conducted by Gilani Research Foundation.
A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “In your opinion, what should be the basis for creation of new provinces?” Responding to this, 40 percent said that there should be administrative basis for creation of the new provinces, 15 percent thought that the creation of new provinces should be linguistic based whereas 42 percent responded that the creation of new provinces should be both administrative and linguistic based. However, 3 percent did not give a view.

When other idiots of all provinces having their provinces on the base of the linguistic, why not the same critearea for others...do die but not to give other rights, until they would go for the exreme to break Pakistan and then they will be happy...


if you have to make administrative base then dissolve all the provinces which are already on lanuage base (like Balochistan, sinchi, Punjabi, Kashmiri and Pakhtoonkah)...

Shame all this administrative propaganda just a part of their ignorance...Already Bahawlpur was a sariki province, even Quaide Azam let it to be a separate province as this state could have been separate from Indian and Pakistan...All resources grab by Government...And Zia-ul Haq and Yahyah Kahn would be burning sometime in the hell for their prejudice as imposing and spilling Punjabis of upper Punjab on South Punjab...
There is no need of poll as 46% of upper punjab who is grabing the resources would die but would not let to go separate (have not you seen PMLN Nawaz with his long tonguge outside on the propects of loosing the majority in Punjab)...that Zia-ul Haq idiot was knowing that by forcing in constitution that until a large majority of Punjab does not agree on new province it can not be made...what an idiot was knowing that upper Punjab representing a huge population of Punjab would not let it do for ever...
