Of course the Indians want a war with China. They've been itching for a rematch ever since 1962 occurred ... a window opened on June 15th but unfortunately, the Indians were defeated even worse than in 1962. Now the Indians want another rematch after these two defeats lol.
Considering the state of Indian Army logistics and organization, any invasion of Tibet would be an unmitigated disaster. The Indian Army could not even tend to their heavily wounded soldiers at Galwan until the next day ... really speaks volumes about the state of the logistics there. Giving up their defensive positions and instead going on the offense would result in an even quicker Indian defeat than just defending their fortified positions.60 percent of Indians want invasion of China.
That's more than half a billion war mongers.
