I am sorry, but she is NOT his wife. Being his wife means a TWO WAY STREET. Since he did not acknowledge her as his wife, she has no moral or ethical or legal right to claim to be his wife. Otherwise every stalker or loser will claim to be somebody's husband or wife.

She is free to claim to be Modi's wife or Amitabh Bacchans wife or Salman Khans wife. That is her wish and her right.
