Modi’s image likely damaged by lifting ban on hydroxychloroquine exports: Subramanian Swamy

On the contrary, US of A has been properly milked over HCQ negotiations. Great foresight and proper timing, Swamy's playing his part well too.
USFDA which was hell bent on destroying Indian pharmaceutical industry is now giving us free access to US market. Ban on many of our drugs has been lifted. Pharma companies trading green.

So Swampy chose not to reveal this and instead embarrass Modi? Why do ten different narratives emerge at once when the damage-control brigade comes online?

Is it like, let's throw everything at once and hope one of them sticks?
We are supplying it to the SAARC countries too, please fall in line if you need some. Well played, India.

All of it over a drug that has almost no role in Covid management for a bulk of the patients. Dissenters come handy sometimes.:azn:

Okay so what is the other narrative.
"Length and breadth" agrees with swampy while apparently nobody supports him.

Pakistan already manufactures enough for domestic needs.

I'm glad you are happy to trust Trump. Personally I quite enjoy it when he plays Indians like a fiddle. Even Europeans get short circuited by the guy. Best of luck!

no worries, bhakts will support modi like maga support trump, forever loyal

Even Swamy knows Trump ripped Modi's dhoti and rammed a danda up his G. :omghaha::omghaha:

I am loving this "strategic partnership" between America and rats in the east.

Have lost count on how many times Trump have humiliated India.

Making fun of Modi accent.
Jibe at Library in Afghanistan
Threatening Modi with repercussions over the drug.

:D

What excuse swamy was making when he said the hindu strong man was b!tched slapped by trump and it only took two hours to fall in line?
India imports ventilators sensors lik volume sensors, pressure sensors from USA. So, it is not exactly a threat but a bargain.
This is the confusion many Indians are having. India does produce the pills and API....but imports key raw materials from other countries. Mostly China but also Finland, Italy or S. Korea are suppliers. Modi is sacrificing the supply of this drug to Indians to gain points with Trump. This is nationalism??? Very sad.
API itself is raw material for drugs. API is made from petrochemicals and that is not imported from China but from other oil exporters. So, it makes no sense that India imports raw material from China. India used to make HCQ for several decades as this is used since 1950s. Why would India import such a drug's raw material for so long?

Lack of critical thinking. And jealousy that they got nothing to offer to the world while other countries are showering praise on India. This is only going to increase in the coming days. There's no cure for that itch. So expect threads like India import API from China. India has debt, India gets aid. So much that they had to quote Swamy being critical of Modi.

You need to listen to Trump wording and how brutal he was in his reference to Modi's India.

World can clearly see, it's a master slave relationship. It no coincident that Trump has mocked Modi accent and trashed India contribution in Afghanistan with library reference. Have you ever heard Xi and IK mocking each other like that?

That is certainly not true. But that narrative has been (falsely) promoted in India, so I guess it is natural that you parrot that here.
