Lol was that really painful/diffcult for him? The problem is mostly in the metro cities or the remote rural areas as I was in Goa a few days ago and we faced no problem at all with plenty ATM's (with cash) everywhere and almost nil rush at the banks. We have to work through this and see how everything shapes up after a few months!
