Sir, about tue HQ it's still tentative to be in shanghai but can be shifted if pressure is applied at precise point..because for HQ only two places were selected New delhi or sshanghai ..and still it's an open event with some speculations for China..and this is where I was mentioning about gutts n glory lol...
We are not in a better position yet(economically) to make such demands.
This is what I am talking about..changing these perceptions like yours that India can't offer HQs of international standards.. For u to put it into simple terms... China has hosted an Olympics and India, well we r content with commonwealth games lol...this is the diff.. I want to change ...and more over the way u said , that it doesn't matters as where does the HQ finds it's foundations coz all r equal partners.. Well it does like..if a city has McDonald's, KFCs, Dominoes, Pizza hutts, shopping mall n night discos just the likes of mumbai n other just a simple plane city kathua.....
Why should it be in Delhi?
See how u reacted to a district in Jammu and Kashmir which u never know bcoz it doesn't have any thing important so no one knew of it ... But to surprise u it's the only district from where u enter J&K.. To make a city or a country truly international only depends upon on how many international HQs n events is established n hosted ..Had u ever played Age of Empires or Civilization PC games..if so then u will understand as what I want to say
