What are the LCA's real specs. It is heavier than intended so some spec shortfalls resulting from that.

LCA in any form should be India's priority, they should start inducting and introduce changes mid production and via back upgrades as it becomes more mature, its primary objective is to replace InAFs aging aircraft and it is better to them in current form. Revising and waiting for a more advanced version will only compounds problems because by the time the newer version comes out InAF might have pointed out further improvements.

Exactly.. It's as simple as that. Get it out for some real testing and stuff. Then build upon it. That's how it is for any tech product. It's not going to develop on it's on sitting on the shelves and via simulations.

tejas is in a process to transform itself into a scarry multirole platform with 30*+ AOA, 1000 KG weight slash, Aerodynamic improvement, Best in class EW suit, AESA and dedliest missile like Paython, Durby, R 77, Astra MK 1 And 2. There is nothing in our neighborhood to match it.

Good... India is 2nd largest country..it should produce its own jets even if they are not as much potent as western counterparts like China does..
