Jaya will form alliance with modi after elections. There is no need for pre poll alliance since ADMK is in very strong position now. Sorry to burst your Congress bubble.

1.) Its a Victory of Congress as it have sent Gulam Nabi Azad as its emissary to Jayalalitha with the message that she should not ally with bjp if she don't want to Allie with congress before elections.

2.) Now after elections as congress will dump dmk because it will not get many seats.

Congress can Allied with AIADMK + communists and form UPA.

U forget that she don't want to loose Muslim and christian votes in the state like TN where every vote counts and there are many parties with only 2-3 MP or MLAs.

Jaya won't get anything out of a alliance with Modi but she can't deny something to Rahul Gandhi.

Because Modi is here today gone tomorrow. Last time it was Advani as BJP PM candidate now Modi tomorrow someone else but Gandhi family is here to stay be it Sonia or Rahul or Priyanka etc. etc.

So if someone angers a Modi he in worst case scenario will suffer for 5 years (For it Modi have to get to the majority) while if someone angers Gandhi family they will suffer for decades.

Politicians are smart people they make smart decision and they don't want to make enemies for life that too powerful enemies.

Just see even without the support of DMK, AIDMK, Mamta TMC this govt is running like butter.................... while SP and BSP both of the bitter rivals are supporting it without having any minster in UPA.
